Nick Logan
Chief Executive Officer and Founder
Nick Logan is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Cornerstone Bancard. He is responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s strategy, operations and results. Nick has spent his entire career in the payments industry, and has led or built numerous successful organizations.
Nick brings to the company over 20 years of experience in building product, sales and operational capabilities in payments environments. Prior to starting Cornerstone Bancard, he founded Cornerstone Payment Systems, another Georgia-based company that specializes in credit card processing services. Cornerstone Payment Systems was sold to Verus Financial Management in 2003. Nick previously served as senior executive vice president of Nova Information Systems and as President and Chief Operating Officer of PMT Services. He has also served in executive roles at other public and private companies in the credit card processing industry.
Nick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from California State University, Fullerton.
Cam Neely
Founder
Cam Neely is a founder of Cornerstone Bancard and is responsible
for all aspects of the company’s Boston sales operations.
He is also involved with the company’s national sales
efforts for prepaid cards.
In 2005, Cam was elected to the Hockey Hall of Fame, one of
professional hockey’s highest honors. He played thirteen
years in the National Hockey League, the final ten with the
Boston Bruins. Cam had his number 8 jersey retired by the Bruins
in 2004 and was known as the League’s first power forward.
As one of the League's top combinations of finesse and hard-nosed
hockey, Cam was only the second player in Bruins history to
record back-to-back 50-goal seasons, with a third 50-goal season
to follow, and holds the record for most career playoff goals
by a Bruin. Cam also shares the League’s single season
playoff record for most power play goals. In 1994, he won the
Bill Masterton Trophy as the player who best exemplifie the
qualities of perseverance, sportsmanship and dedication to hockey.
Cam is one of the most visible athletes in the Boston area,
making many appearances on behalf of numerous charitable organizations.
Most of his efforts are now dedicated to the Cam Neely Foundation
for Cancer Care, a tax-exempt charitable foundation which he
founded and serves as President.
Dan Cano
Director, MannaCard
Dan Cano is Director of MannaCard for Cornerstone Bancard. He is responsible for shaping every aspect of MannaCard’s prepaid sales and marketing teams. After working 20 years in the Christian and non-profit arena, Dan brings a superior level of experience to serving Missionaries and Mission Sending Agencies. His understanding of fund processing systems within these organizations has been key in MannaCard's strategic development.
Prior to joining Cornerstone, Dan served as Vice President for Pinnacle Forum America, with direct responsibilities of running day-to-day operations and replicating the successful Scottsdale, Arizona model across the nation.
Dan holds Masters of Science and Bachelors of Art degrees in Religion and Counseling Psychology from Grand Canyon University and California Baptist University.
John Griffin
Senior Vice President, Sales
John Griffin is Senior Vice President of Sales for Cornerstone
Bancard. He is responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s
sales agent force. Throughout his career as an executive in
the sales and marketing industry, John has demonstrated admirable
leadership in employee development, strategic execution, sales
and operations.
John brings to the company over 15 years of experience in hiring,
training and recruiting sales staff in industrial and pecuniary
environments. Prior to joining Cornerstone Bancard, he served
as the Chief Operations Officer and Vice President of sales
for Taylor, Inc., managing all operational aspects of Sales
and Sales Management. He has also served with Gutter Guard Corporation
during which their revenues grew to over $340 million.
John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration
from Clayton State University. He serves as the Chairman and
Chief Executive Officer of a non-profit group he founded in
2004 to encourage Christians to support Christians in the work
place.
Doug Martin
Chief Financial Officer
Senior Vice President, Prepaid Cards
Doug Martin is Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President, Prepaid Cards for Cornerstone Bancard. He is responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s financial operations and for implementing its prepaid card strategy. Throughout his career as an executive in the financial services industry, Doug has provided visionary leadership to accelerate product growth and has developed best-in-class financial organizations.
Doug brings to the company over 23 years of experience in implementing corporate and product strategies and building financial operations in entrepreneurial companies. Prior to joining Cornerstone Bancard, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Spectrum EBP, LLP, a consortium founded by Wells Fargo, Wachovia and J.P. Morgan Chase to develop new bill payment technologies, and Carrierpoint, Inc., an e-logistics technology start-up. Doug served for fifteen years as the Chief Financial Officer of The Prudential Bank, Prudential Financial Inc.’s entry into the retail and commercial banking businesses. He held full financial responsibility from the bank's start-up to a period when managed assets reached $3 billion and revenues exceeded $175 million.
Doug holds Masters of Science and Bachelors of Science degrees in Industrial Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
Donna West
Director, Human Resources
Donna West is the Director, Human Resources of Cornerstone Bancard. She is responsible for employee recruitment, organizational development, management development, benefits planning and payroll administration. Possessing a background in the field of Psychology, Donna has provided tactical planning, developmental expertise and innovative techniques in all facets of Human Resources in both high growth and start-up environments.
Donna brings to the company over 20 years of human resource experience. Prior to joining Cornerstone Bancard, Donna served in a consulting capacity for restructuring and re-accreditation process of American InterContinental University, a for-profit post secondary educational institution. She previously served as the Vice-President, Human Resources at Lynk Systems, Inc., a merchant processing company. Donna served from startup to a period when Lynk's staff exceeded 600 employees. She implemented the company’s human resource program, developed employee training programs, authored the company's handbook, conducted comprehensive position analysis, created job descriptions and built compensation matrices and appraisal systems.
